Operating status: accepting new facilitator cohorts in the United States.

We choreograph transitions—not lifestyles

Spinalmobilitymo started as a facilitation lab helping airport-adjacent teams practice respectful handoffs between work mode and personal time. Today we ship the same structure to PTAs, ERGs, and family households nationwide.

American English defaults

Copy decks ship in U.S. spelling and measurement references so local volunteers do not have to translate on the fly.

Union-aware phrasing

Optional footnotes flag where a workplace pilot may need joint review—never a substitute for your labor counsel.

Plain metrics

We suggest qualitative retros, not biometric tracking, to stay clear of wellness-device marketing pitfalls.

Origin near IAD

Gate-area crews asked for a predictable cadence without “corporate wellness” buzzwords. We drafted paper-first sequences, tested them with rotating shifts, and refined wording until it still worked when folks were tired.

How we build modules

Programs ship as modular cards—one verb-led action per card. Facilitators choose stories that fit their culture; we never embed surveillance-style accountability hooks.

  • Prompts default to inclusive U.S. classroom and workplace examples.
  • Timers are optional and never tied to performance scoring.
  • Updates arrive as dated inserts so three-ring binders stay legible.

Ethical guardrails

We avoid diagnostic claims, shaming comparisons, and language that promises specific health or productivity outcomes. If someone needs clinical support, we point them toward licensed professionals.
