Children’s use
The site is intended for adults. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 in the United States has submitted personal information, contact us so we can delete it consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, aggregate liability arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred United States dollars if no payment occurred.
Governing law and venue
For disputes not subject to mandatory consumer protections elsewhere, the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia apply, and courts located in Fairfax County shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where international treaties require otherwise.
