Physical merchandise
You may return unused kits within fourteen days of delivery for a refund of the product price excluding outbound shipping, provided packaging seals remain intact. Opened kits qualify for partial credit when contents are undamaged; evaluation occurs within five business days of receipt at our Sterling-area mail point.
Digital downloads
Because files release instantly, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If a technical defect prevents access, we will repair the file or issue a refund within ten business days of verified failure.
Services
Scheduled facilitation sessions may be rescheduled once without fee if notice arrives at least forty-eight hours in advance. Cancellations within twenty-four hours may incur a fifty percent fee to cover reserved staffing.
Process
Email support@spinalmobilitymo.site with your order identifier, reason for return, and photographs for damaged shipments. Approved refunds post to the original payment instrument when possible.
